Depression and anxiety often come together. It can be so hard to maintain daily life and relationships when you feel overwhelmed and stuck. There is this nagging voice that says there must be something wrong with you, making it even harder to reach out for support. Sometimes experiences feel too painful and can be scary to allow and share with others. Othertimes you feel numb and don’t know where to begin. In therapy, I help clients grow their capacity to be with difficult feelings while listening for the messages they bring. I join my clients to take a deeper look at what is happening and help them to explore and heal the patterns that have them feeling trapped and hopeless.
