About Me

I have spent the past 15 years working with children, teens, and families before getting my Master’s Degree in Mental Health and becoming a therapist. My professional and personal experiences have developed my skills to help guide others through a variety of challenges. I bring a unique and personalized combination of mindfulness, parts work, and depth therapy to initiate the change process for clients. It is an honor to guide clients deeper within themselves to discover more of who they are.
